Natalie Kiley-Bergen

Natalie grew up in Troy, New York on Kanien’keháka and Muh-he-con-ne-ok traditional lands. She graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A./B.S. in History and Biology, where she concentrated in Arctic Studies. Natalie lived in Sarawak, Malaysia before starting her career in environmental and infrastructure issues in Alaska.

Natalie has a background in environmental planning, completing environmental reviews and permitting for community infrastructure projects across Alaska. Natalie works as the Utility Collaborative Manager for the Lake and Peninsula Borough. She is thrilled to be applying her experience as a practitioner to ensure Alaskans can access equitable, dependable, and affordable energy. Natalie lives on Dena’ina lands in Anchorage and enjoys biking, watching movies, cooking, and craft nights with friends.
